An accredited course for those interested in practicing body massage.

• Perform a full Swedish body massage with confidence and demonstrate an understanding of anatomy and physiology of the major body systems.
• Demonstrate an understanding of energy models such as the Chakras in relationship to mind-body physiology.
• Demonstrate an holistic approach to managing stress related symptoms.
• Produce a business plan, design client record sheets, aftercare advice sheets and a GP referral letter.
