Youth Contemporary is a dynamic and creative dance class that encourages individual movement and expression. This class builds on contemporary techniques to fully formed exercises and phrases. Through choreographed movement sequences, you will explore contemporary dance principles such as alignment, fall and recovery. You will learn to move in a creative, freeing and graceful way while also developing your posture and balance and improving your fitness. You'll combine aspects of different contemporary techniques such as Graham, Cunningham and Release.
