Frances Garvey

Frances trained at Red Shoes Dance Studio, Central School of Ballet, Rambert and London Studio Centre where she graduated with a Dip HE in Performing Arts. Since training she has performed in two Pantomimes, The Canterbury Tales, Mrs Henderson Presents, where she performed along side Dame Judy Dench, Bob Hoskins and Will Young. She also toured with Channel Theatre Company twice. She is currently dancing and choreographing for the pop singer and artist HK119. Together they have toured extensively, performing at venues such as Casa De Musica in Portugal, The International Arts Festival in Rotterdam and Tate Modern in London. They have also performed in Russia along side Christina Aguilera and at two international music festivals supporting the likes of Korn, Deftones and Bullet for my Valentine.

Recently she has run her own branch of the Vacani Ballet School in London where all her pupils gained A/B for Primary, Grade One and Grade Four Cecchetti ballet examinations.

Frances teaches regular drama and dance classes in schools around York and offers private tuition.
