Anna

Anna – originally inspired by folk dancing at kindergarten then continued with ballroom and jazz at music primary school and throughout her college years before finally discovering Argentine Tango 7 years ago.  Always striving to reach the highest standards in her Tango, she has travelled throughout Europe and Argentina gaining experience and working with Tango maestros such as Alejandra Martinan & Gabriel Misse, Chicho Frumboli, Adrian Feredice & Alejandra Hobert, Mariano Galeano & Paula Rubin and many other. She currently teaches with Juan Perna both group and private classes (www.tangoessence.eu) and organises workshops with international teachers, tango trips and other tango events in order to promote Argentine Tango in the UK. She also takes part in charity events and gives professional Tango demonstrations. Anna is equally comfortable dancing traditional and modern Tango in both close and open embrace. As a teacher she is focused and dedicated. She promotes the creation of spiritual harmony between dance partners through connection, silent communication, improvisation and interpretation of the music.
