Barry Vardy

Barry trained with Modern Pilates and qualified as CYQ Level 3 Instructor in 2004. Barry has taught classes for York Pilates Studio,various gyms and leisure clubs and here at Millers Yard.

He has a wide range of experience of teaching a variety of client groups - he has taught a summer school for dancers - ballet and contemporary, sports specific classes and has a regular class in a retirement community.

Barry works regularly with the word renowned Rebecca Leone (of Pilates Excel, Seattle) and continues to professionally develop his skills in Pilates training, trying to stay true to the classical method yet combining it with modern Physiotherapy principles.

Barry is available for personal training and group matwork classes.
