Practitioners / Teachers » Liz Tiller
Coming from a long career in HR for a national charity, Liz always been passionate about helping people find ways to support their own wellbeing and be able to cope with the worries and stresses modern life and work can cause.
After trying reflexology for herself, she was so astounded at how much her reflexologist could tell about her health just from her feet as well as the hugely beneficial effect the treatment had on her health and general wellbeing, that she decided to make a career change and train to become a Reflexologist to help others benefit from this wonderful complementary therapy.
Liz qualified as a Clinical Reflexologist attaining the UK’s highest standard, the Centralia Reflexology Mastership at Level 5. The course has provided her with extensive training and experience in using reflexology to treat a wide range of health conditions, as well as specific modules on palliative care and reflexology for fertility.
She is a member of two professional bodies, Professional Reflexology (PR) and Association of Reflexology (AoR), which means that, depending on your policy, you may be able to claim for your reflexology treatments through your private health plan.
Liz is also passionate about Pilates, having practised it for many years and experienced the positive impact it has had on her chronic back problems. She is undergoing Pilates instructor training with Balanced Body Pilates and is currently available for 1:1 or 2:1 Pilates classes.
Liz is available for appointments as of now but from January onwards will be working at Millers Yard every Wednesday 2-9pm.
