Richard Siwiak

I have been a Tai Chi player for nearly 25 years, initially drawn to the practice as a young sculpture student and seeing the appeal of Tai Chi as a visual form. The healing and meditative aspects of the Tai Chi practice drew me into a career working in health and education. I have taught Tai Chi for over 20 years. Tai Chi is a gentle practice described by my teacher as "Praying The Body".
