Bowen Technique
When: Thursdays

This involves the practitioner using thumbs and fingers on precise points on the body to make small gentle rolling movements over muscles and ligaments. The aim is to disturb the muscles and soft tissue, causing the body to make subtle adjustments to correct itself, thus relieving tension, reducing pain and initiating the healing process.
During the treatment there are periods when the client is left resting for a couple of minutes to allow the body to absorb the moves.
Bowen is very effective for muscular-skeletal problems but can also help a wide range of conditions.
