Hypnotherapy

When: Monday and Thursday evenings

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a safe and natural state of deep relaxation. It’s a lovely day-dream like state in which people usually feel very comfortable and relaxed.

What happens in a therapy session?

The first part of the session is spent talking about what you would like to achieve and your progress so far.

The therapist will then take you into a relaxed hypnotic state, you will be fully aware and fully in control, you will not be asleep and cannot be made to do anything you do not wish to do.

Whilst you are pleasantly and deeply relaxed the therapist communicates directly with the subconscious part of your mind, allowing you to use your own resources to make the positive changes you wish to make.

How can hypnotherapy help me?
